the room was bright and spacious. a very comfortable bed was included. the b&b is close to bus and metro connections. i received helpful information from maria during check-in.
soundproofing was minimal. i could hear everything happening in the corridor, disruptive during the night.

Breakfast was provided via a voucher for a nearby cafe. It was great. the communal kitchen had a good range of snacks and drinks. It was a very convenient service for all guests. the staff gave me clear instructions.

The hotel included a swimming pool with shaded area. the common area offered coffee and water. it was spotlessly clean. The staff gave us excellent service. the location is central, close to the center and the arts and sciences area.

mixed experience due to noise and room issues

my room suffered from significant noise i could hear everything through the walls including chargers being plugged in next door there was a constant draft like i was in a tent the walk to the center was also quite long about 30 to 40 minutes.

I found the location perfect, across from the park. The room and the kitchen were super clean and very clean. Access via codes for both the building and room worked perfectly. I appreciated not needing keys. The staff promptly answered my questions.
The sound isolation could be better, as I could hear noises from the hallway occasionally.

i found the hotel modern with very clean facilities. the staff was knowledgeable, i appreciated this. its location is close to main attractions, about a short walk to the city center. the common area had complimentary coffee, i used this perk often.
